All balls have a common trait, they are balls that have no natural explanation, because they were the first entities created, they forgot whether or not they are related.
Black Ball of Death

The Black Ball of Death is a being of immense power and destruction, whatever it touches ignites into flames, and whatever mortal animal touches it instantly dies in a firey explosion. It is slow, but unkillable, and always moving towards the nearest person, no matter their location.
They are pure black, zero light reflection.
Other Balls

It is still debated if these are related.
Ball Lightning: it's just Ball Lightning. It is well documented, and seen often.
Red Spheres of The Blood Hour (Red Spheres): Fleshy red spheres that ominously float around during Blood Hour.]
Golden Spheres: Magical healing calming spheres that appear during Golden Hour.
Manager Spheres: They help the Axolotl Gods during their QnAs (confirmed not related to the others).
