Bluie

Bluie controls all things that have to do with the chemical compound of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, also known as H2O, or Water. 

He is the most well hydrated of the gods, and urges you to drink more water, he knows you haven't drank water in the last few hours, go fucking hydrate.

He decided how much water the Playground would have, that is why there is not only so much ocean, but also why the Frozen Wastes are basically entirely ice.
