Lucy

Lucy is the Boss of the Axolotl Gods. She makes sure the other axolotl gods are doing what they’re supposed to. She always has the final say.

She hates the Lucy Empire, and has regularly caused mass destruction to the genocidal state, but no matter how much damage is done, they do not stop. She created English, which went on to become the only major language, she called it English because she knows that this world is a project written in English.

She basically designed the Playground, creating the Magic system, designing how the world would work, and laid the blueprints the other gods would follow.
