Cyanie

Cyanie controls the Sky; weather, water in the air, wind, etc. He is the one who pushed for the Sun and Moon to make downdrafts and updrafts respective, mostly because he didn't want to manually make wind. He does however still control storms, often drawing their paths and controlling their intensities. He also controls the thunder, the lightning he borrows from Goldy.
