Swagxolotl is the god of culture, and he does take that seriously when he has to, one of the great examples being his Decade of Culture Hotspots list, below is the 1560s Decade of Culture Hotspots list.

Extra City: For hosting more international sporting events than anywhere else in the decade, a whopping 18.

Pillsborough: For creating the most new food fads, 9; including the most viral food of the decade, Deep Fried Moss Bagel.

New Ɣløßaɣīa: For rising up against the former government in the name of the Language of Learning, which the former government disrespected.

PCAC: For showcasing cultures at the 1566 Playground Culture Showcase, even if it was only to try getting on this list, again.
