Emlake

Emlake is the first sizable country to break away from the Lucy Empire in recent history, having gained independence just 2 years ago, as the Lucy Empire was busy invading Davenstone. The peninsula on Em Lake is still under frequent Lucy Empire occupation, but they cannot reclaim all of Emlake even if they wanted, because Emlake is in the Swaglosan Compact.

Prior to independence it was a province of the Lucy Empire, called Lake Province.
