PCA

The PCA (The Playground Cooperation Agreement), is best described as a worldwide intergovernmental organization with the expressed mission of maintaining international peace and security, to develop friendly relations among members, to promote cooperation, and to serve as a center for worldwide communications. The PCA was established in 1468 (107 years ago) and currently has 45 members.

It is based in the PCAC.

There are 3 categories of member state:

• Voting Members (V): Are allowed to vote during sessions.

• Speaking Members (S): Are allowed to attend and speak during sessions but not vote.

• Attending Members (A): Are allowed to attend sessions in person but not interfere.

Voting Members are the default. Speaking Members are usually members who recently got in hot water, often because they recently were naughty and had voting privileges stripped, or because their government got so fragile votes would be contentious, Attending Members are members who did serious crimes or have no functional government.

• All Swaglosan Compact members (V)

• Sun Empire (S)

• The Wasteland Stations (V)

The Lucy Empire is not a member, they are not allowed to join and do not want to.
