Celine Islands

The Celine Islands is a small federation right at the Lucy Empire's moonwise boundary, they are constantly being threatened by the Lucy Empire to be annexed as a province.

Recently the Lucy Empire stated "Celine Islands, you have two choices; either a. you become Celine Islands Province; or b. you become a puppet." to which their prime minister responded "We choose c. stay independent and a member of the Swaglosan Compact under protection of Extra Kingdom. Oh yeah, we just signed a mutual defense agreement with Extra Kingdom." Lucy Empire then backed down.
